Booking risk free in 2023: you can book directly via WhatsApp, phone +34 678 254 164 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you make a reservation more than 2 weeks low season or 3 weeks high season before the arrival date, a downpayment is not required. Only 2 weeks low season or 3 weeks high season before arrival we ask you to make a bank transfer of the total rent. In case you reserve within 2 weeks low season or 3 weeks high season before the arrival date, we will ask you to make a full payment at the moment of reserving your stay in ´Entre Fuentes´. With new lockdown and stay-at-home measures or other restrictions that prevent a trip to Cuacos de Yuste, or with personal health problems of the travellers etc., you can cancel or change your reservation without any problem and at no cost.
After receiving your reservation, we will send you a confirmation that includes details about the required payment. You will be able to pay with a direct bank transfer or via Paypal (with exchange fees and a 3% surcharge for transfer costs added to the total). Your reservation will not be guaranteed until we have received your aproval of the agreement. The remaining amount has to be transferred at the latest 2 weeks low season or 3 weeks high season before the arrival date. In case you reserve within 2 weeks low season or 3 weeks high season before the arrival date, we will ask you to make a full payment at the moment of reserving your stay in ´Entre Fuentes´.
We trust you to take good care of the apartment. Therefore we do not ask for a deposit. In case a small accident happens that leaves something damaged or broken, we kindly ask you to report it to us and pay for the damages.
Changes and/or cancellation of your reservation (Booking risk free 2023, see start of the page)
Even after confirming your reservation, changes can sometimes be made in the dates or duration of your stay. Of course the chances that we can make those changes are bigger when the date of arrival is still far away. In case those changes lead to a lower rental price, we will look at each individual case to decide whether (and if so, how much) restitution of that difference is possible.
Cancellation of your confirmed reservation is always possible. The following cancellation fees will be applied:
- After making the reservation until 2 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total rent
- From 2 weeks before arrival until the day of arrival: 100% of the total rent
The cancellation fees are being settled against the already payed part of the rent. Nevertheless, in case we manage to rent out again the apartment on the dates that you reserved originally, we will return the cancellation fees.
